Why I Built This
Like many people, I didn't see the red flags until it was too late. The manipulation was subtle at first—small contradictions, occasional guilt-tripping, controlling behaviors disguised as "caring." By the time I recognized the pattern, months had passed and significant emotional damage was done.
When I finally escaped that toxic relationship, I spent months analyzing our conversations. The patterns were glaringly obvious in hindsight. Gaslighting, manipulation, love bombing, then devaluation—it was all there, hidden in plain sight.
